Stained Glass 6 Pane Window Country Craft

I have spent some quality time looking through magazines at what I want to decorate my house like/with.

I ran across this gorgeous old window that was made into a decoration. You take the wooden frame of a 6 pane window. There were stained glass hearts, one hung in each pane. It was really nice. Does anyone know how hard it would be to make one of those?

I've ran across several things that I think could very easily be inexpensive do it yourself projects. I haven't hooked my scanner up to the computer yet but will do that soon and hopefully put some of those projects on my blog for everyone to see. And hopefully other people will send pictures of other country crafts that would be inexpensive and easy do it yourself projects.
